Process guidelines involved in designing a web site

1. Do you need to register a Domain Name? (ie: www.yourname.com) As part of our free service, we can help you check availability and register your domain for you.

2. Do you need hosting?
As part of our free service, we will help you choose a company to host your website.

3. Plan out the number of pages and their titles.
The name of your homepage might be your company name and whatever product you are offering. Titles/links to other pages might be "About Company", "Products", "Services", "Contact", "FAQ", "Order Form", etc.

4. Do you know which pricing plan fits your web site needs?
Ice Web Design has a pricing plan layout for all clients to choose from and view. If there is a something not listed on a plan, a free estimate would be given.

5.
Get a copy of company logo, letterhead, (hard copy or digital format) brochures, catalog, content, etc. and mail or email them to Ice Web Design.

If there are specific graphics/photos you would like on your site and which pages your want them on. Please e-mail a copy of the graphic(s)/photo(s).

10. Depending on the complexity, your site can take several days to a couple of weeks to complete.  Generally, a simple three page site can be up and running in 7-10 days.

11. After your approval, we will “launch” your site online for the world to see!  You can make minor changes to your website for at no charge for 4 months. Major changes will be charged appropriately.
